Private Lesson Request Form

Use this form to request a private lesson! This is a great way for a skater to begin working with a coach to learn more about figure skating or to get help with a particular skill.

Please note:

*Lesson times will be between 6 am-3 pm Mon-Fri.

*Lesson availability depends upon what openings coaches’ have in their schedules.

*For a private lesson, there are two fees you will pay. One fee is to the coach for the lesson. This fee will vary per coach. The other fee is to Premier Skating Academy for the ice time. It will be approximately $15.

*Lessons will either be at the St. Thomas Arena (school year) or the Cottage Grove Arena (summer).
