General Policies

*These apply to all ice time, classes, camps and any other services provided by Premier Skating Academy!

  • All participants must have a Learn to Skate USA membership or US Figure Skating membership.

  • We cannot issue refunds.

  • Purchases cannot be swapped or combined between family members.

  • First come, first served. If something is filled up, please select an alternative option or the system may waitlist you.

  • In the event of inclement weather, families will be emailed ASAP if something is cancelled. However, we generally do not cancel anything unless the ice rink itself is shut down (i.e. due to a power outage).

  • All buyers must only have one account. All participants must also only have one account that is attached to the buyer’s account. If we notice someone has two accounts, we will merge them together, however please do not keep making multiple accounts. Please re-set your password if you forget what it is instead.

  • Each skating opportunity we offer may have additional policies or rules that specifically apply to that program, class, ice time, etc. Please read carefully and abide by any other specific policies.
