Use this form if your skater is requesting to change their current class package to a new program. Common changes are: skaters moving from Snowplow Sam to Basic Skills, skaters moving from Snowplow Sam or Basic Skills to Aspire Figure Skating or to Hockey Skating, and skaters moving from Basic Skills to Teen Classes. We are happy to make this change to keep everyone having fun and learning a lot on the ice!
